Why We Make It
Our Polaris Ranger Heavy-Duty Front Differential Gear Case is designed, engineered, and manufactured by our expert team at SuperATV so we back it with a Lifetime Warranty. It uses 6061 aluminum available in both cast and billet and includes steel helical inserts to make it as strong as possible. Each diff comes with the magnet, wiring, seals, and DU bushing pre-installed. That way you can drop in your internals and install right out of the box. We also utilize a bolt-on cap to retain the pinion bearing instead of a snap ring, so you can service your pinion gear without destroying your seal. This case does NOT include any internal gears, but we make it easy to just drop in the internals from your stock differential and you’re good to go! We want you out of the trail as quickly as possible.

Our front differential gearcase is available as cast or billet. Our billet aluminum gear case is thicker, denser, and stronger than your cast OEM housing. It’s right at home even in the sturdiest aftermarket drivetrains. We didn’t stop there—we use steel threaded inserts to strengthen the mounting points like those used by pro-UTV desert racers. This keeps the mounting bolts from stripping out to ensure that no jump, whoop, or vibration will ever pull your mounting bolts out of your housing. All of that, and it’s backed by a Lifetime Warranty, so you can push your Ranger farther than you thought possible.
