Iron Baltic Hydraulic Power Unit

Description

The compact, electric motor-powered hydraulic unit is for ATV / UTV coupling devices. The hydraulic station has two ¼” quick-release hydraulic couplers, to which it is possible to attach cylinders for turning and lifting the snow plow, controlling the bucket or setting the working positions of other coupled equipment. Allows using the “free-floating” option on one cylinder -good to use on a plow-up-down movement cylinder. The unit is controlled via a radio remote control which can be mounted to the vehicle’s control panel or any other convenient location using the supplied mounting bracket. The electrical power for the equipment is to be taken from the electrical system of the vehicle.

Electrically powered hydraulic unit, with universal and compact design, fits most ATV-s and UTV-s for their implements to lift, tilt, turn or adjust working position via hydraulic cylinders.

The hydraulic unit has 2 pairs of connection couplings that allow movement with 2 different hydraulic cylinders (e.g for plow lifting + plow turning).

Allows using the "free-floating" option* on one cylinder - good to use on a plow-up-down movement cylinder.

The kit consists of a hydraulic unit (fitted into aluminum alloy casing), power cables, a weather-resistant wireless remote switch (also possible to fit a handlebar), tie-down straps and a detailed installation and user manual.

Notes for hydraulic hose extensions

Hydraulic hose 3500mm extensions are used to connect the hydraulic power station with the hydraulically operated unit if these can not be fitted close enough to each other and therefore the supplied hoses are not long enough.

Requires Hydraulic Power Unit (71.0000) to complete the kit.

Requires model-specific lift cylinder adapter for up-down movement and for the standard and high throw plows - turning cylinder fitment hardware kit (71.2600) for left-right movement.

The kit consists of a cylinder with hoses and 1/4" quick-release couplings.

The kit consists of a cylinder with 1600mm long hoses and 1/4" quick-release couplings.

Hydraulic cylinder to be used for IB G2 1500mm V-Plow turning.

Notes for hydraulic cylinder 178/1400

The hydraulic Power Unit (p/n 71.0000) and the G2 1500mm V-Plow parts (p/n-s 34.3500 + 34.2000 / 34.3400 / 34.2900) are required to complete a full hydraulic 1500mm V-Plow kit.

The kit consists of a cylinder with 1400 mm long hoses and 1/4" quick-release couplings (2 kits required for the V-plow turning)

This fits only the 1500mm V-Plow models, for other plow models p/n 71.3100 should be used.
